Not any more.

We're allowed to import games completely.  The only thing that's banned is for games to be sold on an Australian storefront that don't meet classification. So, if I buy an American copy and import it, that's completely fine.

Also, they don't look for games. There's too many people importing drugs and food product (food contains a lot of stuff which harmful to our "delicate" ecosystem) so they much prefer to spend time focusing on those items.
