Issue with animation in milkshape

I'm trying to animate this bolt going back and forth, but in the process it seems part of the bolt moves a little forward before going backwards.

I don't know what's causing this but boy is it an annoyance.

It automatically does that in milkshape for some asinine reason. It will not show up in blockland.
