there's an album i like with a physical release
and i want to buy it, but my paypal was forgeted up by my sister permanently
and our credit card was tied to this paypal, so if i try to pay with credit card, it gets rejected
what do i do
i tried making a paypal account but it wants photo ID and proof of residence which I can't provide because I'm not 18
