Profile Picture will not show up in BL Forum? (Not sure if I should post here)

So I'm trying to set a photo as my profile picture here and obviously it won't show up. Could it be the file type?

Make sure it's 75x75 pixels.
Also, once you've got no errors, make sure to clear your browser cache and refresh page.

It worked. I can see it. If you can't then just clear your browser cache as suggested.
