Need help with making custom bricks.

Mostly i figure out how to model the bricks but in game they are floating and i cant even interact with them.

Mostly i do solid modeling on Roblox and export to obj and then the blbconverter.
Also why are the bricks are flipped over?

You need to edit the .obj to center them, as well as fix the rotation. Then export to .blb. That or take the hard route and modify the .blb yourself to fix them.
