Hello, this is the rebirth of the Average Builder clan, I attempted awhile back to make this, with only gaining one meaber, who I am unsure who still plays. So I want to try to bring back this clan, I doupt I will have sucess, but hey, worth a try.
The only requirement for the clan is a application, one that proves you are average or better, I will accept box houses with up to semi-detail, I also require meabers who join not to be asshats.
rules of the clan:
1. If you hate another person in the clan, tell me, I will try to make sure it will not effect you within the clan, so you(and him/her) will not get booted from the clan.
2. I will be the sole judge of Apps. until later notice(or well, until we get atleast a few meabers I trust)
3.If you have a bad reputation, then I(or we at a later date) will need to think(discuss) If you are allowed to join.
