Isn't it loving impossible to get a picture with a virus if you don't have software constantly scanning images for code that was put in there on purpose or can Windows actually execute code in an image by itself?

Steam now blocks suspicious links. I don't know how it works, it's possible that it only allows approved ones, or blocks ones it flags. Someone tried to send me an image link before from tumblr and it was replaced with {LINK REMOVED}
