take a shower until you numb the effects

take claritin or some stuff man

i had to deal with that too, one time i couldn't breathe from either nostril and i was starting to not be able to breathe from my mouth either

Anti-histamines?
I was on Cetirizine last year, but the year before it didn't work, so I was on loratadine.

see a doctor. when my allergies kick in i go in to get a prescription for claritin-d (it's banned in my area due to meth labs??) and that help clear me up. for my throat i make hot lemon tea sweetened with huge dollops of honey. be gentle when you blow your nose otherwise you'll irritate the skin inside your sinuses more. i keep gold bond handy for when the skin around my nose gets irritated and a nasal spray for the inevitable dryness inside my nostrils.

it also helps to take hot showers, change your sheets, change the trash around your frequented spaces, etc etc. and drink lots of water.

Also good practice to wash your hands/face more regularly in the day, especially if you get irritated eyes.
When I have hayfever I do get a dribbly nose (really dribbly if outside) and sneezy, but the main thing is my eyes, which get unbelievably irritated and run and sometimes get all bulgy.

Giving your hands/face a wash removes the pollen/allergen on them, and means less chance of transfering them to your eyes or nose.

I have massive allergies, particularly around cats and barns full of animals as well as with some things that naturally occur in the air. But everything has been covered in snow for almost a week now and every day barely reaches the freezing point or doesn't reach it at all, so pollens aren't being released yet here.

I get my hayfever allergies quite consistently around mid-July to the end of August, sometimes as early as mid-June.
Not sure what species of plant pollen I'm allergic too, but I think it's just a variety of grasses.
