I don't. I got the €20 free because the website was generous as forget and just did some stuff. Got €100 and deposited it on my banking card.
And then It magicly went on steam's credit card withing the week.

yeah i was following the opening of a silver mine. its wasnt a "tip" technically, but it was one of those unknown events that wasnt getting much attention, so the opportunity to buy in was cheap and easy.
i spent 5000 and in 2 months quadrupled it.
along with 2 other blocklanders that got in on it for a few hundred or less in.
