Mission editor help

Well i was going to get mission editor again but i forgot how to open rar file and were to put it since my winrar expired so can anyone help.

You have to put it too the main bl folder. Than on your blockland short cut you right click>Properties>Put -mod editor at the end of the Target name

thats the problem.you can only edit the target box unless you have windows cheack.and thats long gone.
