Here's a diagram of how the static shapes will work.
There are 24 sections, each at 128x128 bricks.
They'll be loaded into position, fitting together perfectly.

I've got some consultation support from Wrapperup.

I've been looking at using static shapes for maps, looks like a lot of work would needed to be done to make it work, work which I'm sure will be finished by someone in the future. until that day, or until the day there is a better alternative to creating terrain which would work well for this specific concept, I am going to pause this concept. Thanks for the support, I might pick it up again in the future.
