i would get it when i would open and close the steam overlay

no edit: but it was a rare occurrence.

If you're using Steam, pull up the steam overlay and then exit it, boom

This happens alot when you are frequently tabbing out of blockland and tabbing back in. Just alt+tab out and click back in. I get it too much.
