Why won't installing Maps work for me?

So I tried to install a couple of maps.But of course,it didn't work.I put them all in the Add-ons folder in the Blockland folder.And when I started hosting my server,and went into "Load a map" and when I went to load the map,it was nowhere to be found.
And yes,I have Blockland on steam,if that helps.

Do these maps come in zip files named Map_<name>.zip?

Are you trying to install terrain maps (Slope,s Bedroom, etc.) or save files?
If its terrain maps, they were taken out of the game 2 1/2 years ago to make way for the Shadows and Shaders release

No,infact.They do have a Map_ at the beginning but do not end with .zip .

I tried downloading New york,Kitchen(Not the one made out of bricks),and that's all,I think.

These maps are obsolete and will not work on the game any longer, unfortunately.

If you want to modify your building environment, start a game and go into the admin menu, you'll see a button to environmental controls.

Maps were removed almost three years ago and replaced with shadows and shaders. Which means that none of the maps that you download will work.

As about 3 people said already, Terrain and exteriors were removed in the Shadows and Shaders update.

unless if you're somehow using v20 and below because you have a backup, then you can't use maps.
