Not exactly Blockland releated but...

My .Net Framework is a little messed, causing Catalyst Control Center to not ever open. I have a Saphire Radion ATIx600 right now, But something tells me that getting a new card will not fix this problem. i tried re-installing my .net Framework but it says  .net framework is incompatible. If anyone has any clue what I can do please help. (I can't get on blockland with it, But I can run Doom 3 and Battle for middle earth 2 no problems, its just anything with open GL)

Hmm, I have .net 1 but, Catylist works fine, uh, try pulling out you're graphics, and if you have more than one computer, try that card.
