Problem with my Dedicated Server

So i have posted a problem before about my server...now there is a sudden problem going on. Here we go! My server was successful, the ping was showing for everybody, almost everyone could join! So then I had download like 6 mods in one day, then the day after that...my server ping showed "---" even for me, almost no one could join. And people have to do time consuming stuff just to get on. Some people lag if they are lucky to get on.

What could have happened?

OS: Windows 8.1
Checked Windows Firewall: All access checked
Using MY OWN custom Game mode
Using Dedicated server on non-Steam Blockland version
Downloaded Add-ons that day: Script_Moderator, Script_ForceKill, Script_Help, Server_StaffAnnouncement, Script_Resurrect, Script_Mute, Server_Levels

Obviously something from one of those mods is causing your server to act that way. Uninstall the mods. If you'd like to keep them. Individually install each mod and verify your server is functioning properly. Once your server screws up remove the previously installed mod. Really, the solution was in the question.

Sadly, when I removed all the add-ons I downloaded that night, my server still acts the same. :(

So now, I've forward ported my Blockland Dedicated server. STILL yet, my server acts the exact same.

Redownload blockland.

Open your blockland server and run dedicated server. Once it says posting to master server close down everything. Reopen the dedicated server and wait for it to finish loading then open your blockland and try it. hopefully it should lag less. My server shows --- ping but i had the most popular server on the list in the last two days (cat in heaven's starwars tdm v3)! Can you tell me the mods you are using also?

Forget it, I forward ported it wrong, and now I have it working clean as before. Thanks for the help anyways!
