LG L90 android 5.0 system update

i have an LG L90 D415, and it says that Samsung pushed the android 5.0 update around March for dual sim, but early April for my version. I've checked System Update and it says I haven't got any system updates, which is weird. The install for my phone is through a KDZ file found here but I don't know how to install a KDZ file on my phone. Any help?
