I looked at a few buildings in beta city before building it so that's what its kind of based off of i guess.

It's a bit small, though I do like the sign. I would suggest making it bigger and updating the main entrance. Make the building more realistic, too.

R-Cade sounds like a better, more creative name than just "Arcade." It is also easy to tell that R-Cade is basically an arcade, instead of having a building labeled "Game Block" or something because then people may wonder if it is a game store or arcade. :P
