Author Topic: My mom just woke me up in the middle of the night... [blogland]  (Read 1566 times)

my grandfather just had a serious heart surgery and i didnt make a thread about it.

what im saying is that you can be worried without making a thread about it
its actually just saying 'you really didn't have to post this thread'

they also said
How does this affect you in any way? like so what if he makes a thread to vent? They have those newfangled post blocker thingies for a reason.

Sorry about your grandpa I hope he is OK.

people on this forum really need to understand that you don't have to actually say "I'm better than you" to mean it

My condolences man, going to pray for him right after I post this. :c

"I can do something that you can't, and you being unable to do it is bad"
how is that anything but saying you're better than the other person
maybe he was just letting people know

what is your problem??

I am sending my prayers. If there is something more I can do, I will try to do it. I really hope she pulls through this.

He's concious again. They're going to let him stay for another night to test things on him. Phew.

what is your problem??
Probably that you came in and acted like a richard, making a comment only to say that espio didn't have to create this topic.
Guess what, no one has to make any topics, ever.
We do it because we want to. Your comment was unnecessary and reeked of a holier-than-thou attitude. If you can't see that, then sorry, but it was blatant and you're still in the wrong.

I'm sorry to hear that he's had trouble, espio.
I'm glad to hear he's awake again though. I hope he does well and recovers quickly, and that you're not too stressed out by it all.

Old people are just like that. The older they are, the worse it's going to get.

My Grandfather died from Alzheimer's. It was loving hilarious since he had no control over what he was saying or thinking, so he made the most hilarious jokes I've ever heard in my life. Terrible as it is, at least he went out with a laugh. Apparently the old funny cunt was walking around the asylum stealing other patient's bed mattresses, stockpiling them in his room. Then he'd tell the doctors he couldn't sleep in his room because it was full.

Point is, you really shouldn't stress over death of an old person. Just remember the good times and hope their death wasn't excruciatingly painful.
