Whether or not it was intended to be tribal doesn't really matter. If you say something that blames an entire race of people for disadvantages outside of their control, it's tribal. It's just what that word means. The fact that you do not consciously hate that group of people doesn't change the content of what you said.

However, I'm much more accustomed to dealing with ideas rather than reputations. Your view on race, as you've described it now, is completely different than what you were saying before. As it stands right now, I don't have any problem with it, and so I don't have any problem with you.
