If you can install a heatsink you can watercool, I use All in one watercoolers like the Corsair H100i, I could only dream about making my own watercooling loops, but its expensive.

My computer is the most silent thing ever, the only thing I hear is the 1TB HDD where steam is.
I use a SSD for Windows.

well i already have a decent laptop so i'd save it towards a new art tablet
