There's malware in the GIMP SF installer as well.

Same with a bunch of other projects... What a shane that they had to sell out.

Same with Filezilla. The bloatware is literally impossible to avoid, have to opt for zip install to avoid it.

Edit: The notepad++ article should advocate some currently viable alternatives like Github or self-hosting (if financially viable).

Microsoft has finally labeled the Ask Toolbar malware,  and now scans for it In defender/MSE.

There's malware in the GIMP SF installer as well.

Good thing at the time I installed GIMP, SF wasnt part of it. Damn, that sucks though.

On the other hand, everyone abondoning SF is great for Github.
