My freind has recently gotten into steam and whenever he uses f12 it shuts off his internet. Is there anyway to change the keybind or anything? He's on a laptop.

open up the steam overlay while in game and there should be a option to change the hotkey near the bottom left i think

yeah you can
go to steam (the tab in the top-left corner), go to in-game and there's an option to change the key
