My folder doesn't want to change icons.

Saw something about changing folder icons on the web and I have a stuffton of anime folders so I tought why not. I tried that stuff but I get this message that makes no sense.

Fixed, apperently if you save an image and change .png to .ico windows goes full handicap and doesn't accept it so you have to open photoshop or something and convert it.
