RTB Server Prefs

I know that RTB came with a thing where you could alter the settings of the server add-ons in the server, I want to do that now, but every time I put System_ReturnToBlockland in my add-ons folder, my game crashes on startup. Does anyone know where to find a separate add-on that allows me to use the RTB server prefs without using RTB?

I remember somewhere there is a modified version of an older RTB client that is used solely for server prefs.
I have it on my server.

I've still got the original RTB I installed when I first downloaded; If you're able to get one off someone it should just work fine, you shouldn't need any special version :p But you can use a special version if you want things like the IRC to work again (DaProgs?)
