is there a way to make your mouse slower?

my mouse moves wayyy too fast for me to draw. its faster than sonic
i tried to go into mouse sensetivity and stuff like that and slower it but its still too fast to draw and makes it messy
any way to slow mouse sensetivity?

(i usually draw on my other computer because of the issue, and my other computer is super defective.)

disable mouse acceleration, it should go at a nice steady speed and it helps a ton

If you go into Control Panel and select Mouse, there should be a slider somewhere in that menu to decrease pointer speed.
