Maybe a little insight as to why:
A baby/toddler/child is upset, parents can't really parent/are busy, gets phone out, searches "Nursery Rhymes", this vid comes up as number one, parent picks it, and the kid watches it for ~5 minutes until they get bored. This happens like 10 times a day, given the amount of kids, that explains all the views.
