I would have to say it is a driver issue, correct me if i'm wrong.

Try reinstalling blockland?

Sup heed, Taylor is coming to my house today btw ;) Anyways, I'm the one who helped him with it, I had the same problem, he had vertex lighting on, vertex lighting makes your lights all funkay.
