Blockland won't start on steam but it says im already playing it?

try restarting your computer
i had a similar problem (albeit with a different game) the other day and restarting fixed it

I only pulled console.log because it was a notepad type of file but i cant see the launcher.log file.

Yeah i updated my drivers yesterday after it Blockland didn't work around 11 PM.
