got a watchdog_violation on my laptop

i was hosting a server in broosterland and everything froze
a couple minutes later i am met with an error screen or something that says dpc_watchdog_violation
does anyone know how to fix this or if it can be fixed
i had to type this on my 3ds

This is just a bluescreen, right? Try restarting your computer and repeat what you were doing at he time you encountered the error. If it happens again, copy down the message displayed and post it.
