Look at a map of the world and try to associate the name of a country with it's shape since you are going to be marking them down on a map.

This also works very well. Listen to this (While watching the video), and you'll learn the song in no time. (Except the video is in 240p, and is very fast so that doesn't help much).

I doubt they actually expect anyone to get every country.
Just practice, lately I've been reciting the capital cities of each country and am doing pretty well at it with just a little practice. Learn and recount the more commonly heard of countries that you feel you should know and practice those before moving on to the less popular ones.
