Last tuesday, I was extremely sick as in, 39oC fever sick with my head pounding in every loving direction. Every year, I always get sinusitis so my parents and I know the procedure. On tuesday, I would've had a test but since I was sick, I didn't. Yesterday, I went to school with a note explaining the situation, still sick as forget but I could handle moving around and to take a test. friends need a doctor's certificate because it could be "made up" so I was sent to the nursery. As soon as the "nurse" opens the door, she looks at me and says you're not sick. You can clearly tell with my voice and the excessive amount of times I have to blow my nose and you can also check my face, my mouth, and my forehead for signs of sinusitis. This "nurse" didn't even touch me to give me the slip of paper saying that I'm OK. I go back up to the office (note, the office is on the 4th floor, "nurse" is on the basement) and they say that I need an actual doctor's note saying that I was sick to be able to take the test. It's an organic's chemistry test in which the previous test I got a 4. I need a 6 to pass. The term ends tomorrow. I go to my doctor yesterday in the afternoon and guess what? He gave me the same medicine I took because I get this stuff every loving year. He also gave me a note saying that I am not making this up, that I was right to stay at home on tuesday and that I should be able to take the test on the following day. Today, I go through the morning like always and after lunch, I give the note to the office to let me take the test. starfish doesn't let me and guess what? 4 + 0 = 4. 4/2 = 2. I'm getting a loving 2 in my report card this semester. Any mark/grade lower than 4 in the report card is an automatic failure, having to take every test of the year in that subject during the two weeks in december of summer school. (Summer school here is two weeks in december. Fail that and two weeks in february. Fail that and it becomes the two weeks of your winter vacation until you pass.)
I asked him for permission to take the test, not for him to give me a grade for nothing. What do you guys think?
tl;dr: "nurse" is a loving starfish, director is a loving starfish, flunked organic chemistry this school year because I was sick as forget on tuesday.
