What's the best alternative to μTorrent?

What features could I possibly need beyond "downloads a torrent"?

The one I use the most is setting my max download speed so that I can use YouTube while downloading. On Deluge it's right at the bottom so I can easily access it.
Also max connections because too many will crash and reset my modem so I have to re-enter my PPP username @ password.

Uh. These are the most basic features of a torrenting client, I literally cannot think of one that lacks these features.
