If it's your server, go into the environment settings and turn up the visible distance.
If not, I forgot how to fix that.

try looking at your Options -> Advanced (or something like that) -> there should be something called Automatic View Distance in the form of a checkbox. uncheck that and set your view distance slider to what you want it to be
