a few mins ago i was brushing my teeth i saw a chance to get mucus out of my throat, so i took it. because of this i accidentally swallowed half of the flouride in my mouth, while it was in liquid form. my throat felt like it burned the minty way and felt cold. i told my mother but she just told me to hurry up so i could go to sleep since i have school tomorrow. a few secs later my stomach felt weird and my left leg started to ache when i move it, near my knee. r/n my stomach feels like it'll ache so i told my mother after i read on the toothpaste thing to call the poison control center if i swallow more than brush use something. im really worried about my safety. im on my xbox 360 r/n when im supposed to be sleeping. im disobeying my mother for the sake of my safety.
