Server_ServerMusic isn't working

I installed the Server_ServerMusic add-on but I don't see it in my custom list.
I tried removing the file from my Add-Ons list and adding it again, but nothing is working.

What is the command to play music because I did /music but a GUI popped up saying "Wrench Sound - Vehicle Stereo" instead of "Wrench Sound - Server Music"
