iPad doesn't stay logged into any sites anymore

I just updated my iPad Air 2 to iOS 9.1 and now it's not staying logged into any websites, including the BLF. I tried finding a solution online but couldn't find one. Anyone know what the issue could be?

Cookies are what handle staying logged into websites, so make sure they're enabled. (I have no idea why they'd be disabled in the first place though...)

Make sure you're not browsing in private mode? The interface will be dark grey if you are. Open a new tab and look for the option in the lower left.
