Has anyone else noticed topics are being locked?

Seemingly normal topics are getting locked without the OP's knowing.
Ex: My AT&T post got locked even though I certainly didn't lock it.

Is Badspot or Rotondo doing this now?

weird, because you normally shouldn't be able to do that
maybe because they're being locked by rotondo (a global moderator) and not badspot (an administrator)

either way i think it's best to keep it locked since the discussion is dead anyway
