People keep logging in and out for some reason... my ports are forwarded the best i could do since my routers page is wierd (Linksys).

I guess you didn't set up the static Ip, which is a very important part.

I just went through it, i did all that was in there, and the firewall didn't change anything... if you wanna see what i mean. I can open my server.

You need to have both TCP and UDP.
