I'll tell everyone on my server when the server is full.

what else would you expect from a store that strives for more money?

Corporations aren't people.

The waltons have their own nuclear fallout shelter just in case.

I worked at Meijer on thanksgiving night last year, the crowds weren't bad at all, but I did get time and a half!

anyway that job was fun but I cant get it back, they bumped the age up to 18 for working there

Ah yes, Meijer. I don't live by any of those anymore. The only ones I remember though are the ones in Rockford, MI and Champaign, IL (both places I've lived).

They are trying to make laws to get rid of time and a half and make it time x 3 instead. A lot of people don't want to work on thanksgiving even if they get this "half."

Hopefully time x 3 fixes all this bullstuff about being open on thanksgiving. Walmart looks for any loopholes to not pay people what they earn if they can't get out of time x 3 they just wouldn't be open for thanksgiving.

But even if they deal with it at least the employees are getting a triple bonus instead of a measly .5 bonus.

my uncle works retail, he's never with us on our family dinners.

I use the day off to shop, not see my family xd
