You should probably change the title to "Tezuni's is down" or something to keep it from being considered ambiguous.
OT: Tez was talking about updates earlier, it may be down for that.

i'm not quite sure why you did this, but if you didn't understand his answer it would be better to specify

tezuni mentioned updates, so perhaps his server is down for now to perform those updates?
