How to get Windows 10 Aero Transparency?

Previously on the Desktop Megathread:

Hey guys, I found an adjustable Aero Glass thing and I bet I could simulate what I request, of course, I have another hater here...
So I downloaded the files here.
I do what the instructions say and when I launch the "AeroGlass_x64.exe" file, the aero glass effect appears for a second but then everything fails and my windows looks like this:

Is there anything to fix it? I noticed I can't modify either in the GUI
I made this thread because I fell no one was noticing it. And that thread isn't really for help..

when i was running 7 on my old pc windows aero would always memory leak and i didnt like it

but maybe its different for 8 i don't know

what im saying is that it's problematic and always borks on every computer i've ever owned and thats prob whats happening here

If I try installing the x86 version, it doesn't effect at all

Keep in mind I restarted my PC more than 5 times trying to do this..
