do what i do
step 1 - collect thoughts
step 2 - investigate problem
step 3 - tackle the problem
step 4 - ???
step 5 - either it works or it doesnt, but some days just get comfy, look at the cieling while havin some white noise on, and gather your thoughts and realize if being sad is worth those thoughts
and if they are, do the thing that dogs do
1 - only ever think about current
2 - thinking about the past isnt an option
3 - dont think about the future, either
