well, if we build arms like eleXR-7k said then we can stop any of the moon stuff from coming at us

But I don't know if we can build them that fast??? But maybe we can build big 3D printers faster than big arms and then the printers can make the arms! Then we just need to teach Earth how to use them to hit the rocks before they come.
