they must work in unison in order to be a strong bond. you can't just go up to a happy couple and ask what the better component of it is, it's not a couple without the other half. it's the same with chocolate covered strawberries: you can't have one without the other, and they work in unison to deliver a balanced flavor experience

I think there's an equilibrium to be had.

Like, if you had a really massive strawberry, then you're going to need more chocolate. That same thin coating from a smaller strawberry is not going to cut it.
