i guess that's what happens if you have such a massive stigma about something when there's still a large community. they retreat to wherever they can be safe, and sometimes people still stuff on them there (though most people are fine just ignoring it once it's easy to do so)
keeping relevant content in its relevant place is definitely reasonable. there have been times where people have legitimately suggested that some users post nowhere but certain threads, tho surely that only represents a small minority of people that are uncomfortable with this stuff
