Yes. Because this is a large add-on, you should never run the add-on with many add-ons enabled. Try disabling some. It should eventually work.

I took a peek inside the add on. Is it possible to add new sounds/commands just by putting them in the folder, or do you need to do something else aswell?

This reminds me that it could be very good if you'll make commands like: stay in position, Follow me,Good Job!, Nice shot, Loser, Need medic and more stuff that everyone in your team can hear you. In most of online shooting games it exist.
