Author Topic: new computers in media class  (Read 1524 times)

yeah i have 2048 ram now because of this website
2048 bytes?
2048 kilobytes?
2048 megabytes?
2048 gigabytes?
2048 terabytes?

pretty sure the idea of a centralized processing area with many interfaces to it has been around for a while

my school was using one ~5 years ago
it may have had better specs, but still had issues with too many users at once
The idea of replacing the computers in my media class

how the forget does it even run with only 1 GB

unless theres only 2 computers i can't see how that stuff would even work

It runs pretty slow.
If the PowerPoint crumble transition lags to 6fps then imagine playing Blockland on it.
The old computers had 4gb, the same ram as my computer.
But at least they're in 16:9 now instead of 4:3

This is what the computers look like

I believe it's the vmware guest that has 1gb, because the website says 4gb.
