another port forward problem

ive been following that tutorial, but when i insert my default gateway, both of my browsers turn it into a URL and it says web page not found, or web page connection timed out

notfound =internet explorer
connection timed out= mozilla firefox

yes, i inserted all the correct digits and the periods with no www. or .com or http://
Is my  broken? does it not have internet? nes=computer

Try using an http:// ?
You need one of those with IP addresses like what you're entering.

1. The exact opposite. Firefox has special programs that resist viruses, while IE does not. Also, There are several Firefox plug-ins that make it IMPOSSIBLE to get a virus just by surfing the web. IE has no plug-ins.
