No it was pretty cleanly cut. I just used the other things to pry it out of my skin so I could cut it.

ok so i did some toothpick surgery to burry into my skin and release that oozy puss out
first i softened it, with soap peroxide and water mix,
and after that i cleansed the new hole in my finger
