If you seized control of a tyrannical government and changed laws in favor of the people, it'd be best to first choose laws based on representatives of each major region, then when things are more stable you should allow the people to vote which laws they believe should or should not be in place and they're put in place by popular vote within regions
That's the idea, yeah.

At least in my take of America, everyone doesn't have equal protection and rights under the law.  That is something that should always be pursued to its upmost.

Something that I would advocate is to require plaintiffs that repeatedly sue on false allegations in order to make the defendant go broke in trying to pay legal fees to actually pay the legal fees themselves.  If they continue this behavior, they incur a fine.  It's an abuse of the legal system to force someone into bankruptcy.

That was actually my friend's model congress bill this year. It required a plaintiff, upon failure to sue (or if they lose a court battle) to pay all legal fees. However, even this might be abused.

The whole problem is that the legal system is an overcomplicated (because it is), slow, messy, bureaucratic pool of liquefied horsestuff that only big companies (money and workforce) can navigate.

Couldn't agree more.  Although I don't exactly see how that would be abused.  Even if someone did provoke a corporation into suing, normal people don't often have the means to properly hide the evidence.

a little closer to the center than i was last time i believe, probably because i refrained from choosing the "strongly" options for most of the quiz.

I tried to be as polar authoritarian-far-right as possible. I got really close.
